Curriculums
An explanation of Ki-Cheon curriculums is provided briefly as follows.
Dahn Bae Gong is the basic and essential
Ki Cheon students begin practice with Ki Cheon courtesy discipline called “Dahn Bae Gong”.
This is a way of bowing between a teacher and a student or among students before Ki Cheon class begins.
This improve trainees’ inner power and they become skillful in martial art techniques by bending and lifting of the upper bodies as quietly as big mountains.
Six positions [Yuk Hap]
Yuk Hap (i.e. Nae Ga Shin Jang, Beom Do, Dae Do, Soh Do, Geum Gye Dongnip, and Heo Gong) focuses on physical capability externally,
while Dahn Bae Gong aims to enlighten the mind internally.
Yuk Hap strengthens the students’ basic skills to prepare for other various moving disciplines in Ki Cheon.
