Philosophy of Ki-Cheon
Ki-Cheon has passed down the generations not only as a traditional martial arts but also as a way of relieving human suffering.
Going beyond this, the learning is based on the understanding of the principles of the nature.
According to the forefathers of Ki-Cheon, the mind and the bodies are not separate from each other.
In other words, a sound mind is in a sound body.
Therefore, the nurturing healthy body is the starting point for pursuing the ultimate meaning of life.
Thereafter, Ki-Cheon training is focused on the balance between the unstable body
and mind as well as their strengthening.
Instead of giving direct answers, Ki-Choen masters encourages the trainees to understand that the practice through the body is the Ki-Chen itself.
Throughout this process, the trainees can keep themselves in good health.
